1.Ink dry too fast how to solve?

Due to the high storage temperature and long storage time, the ink in the can forms a layer of crust on the surface. This layer of crust must be thrown away and cannot be used, which will lead to quantity loss. In order to prevent this problem from continuing to occur, we recommend that customers store the ink at a temperature of 20-25℃, and use the product within the shelf life. At the same time, some customers also reported that many times when workers get off work or go to eat, they will leave some of the opened ink in the ink can or on the ink fountain. When they go to work again, they will find that these inks cannot be used because they dry too quickly, resulting in ink waste and increasing their workload. In response to this problem, we can make two suggestions from the ink itself. One is to adjust the formula of the ink and reduce the drying speed. The second is to use it with an anti-drying agent, spray a layer of anti-drying agent on the surface of the placed ink to form a protective film. This can maintain the fluidity of the ink for a certain period of time.

2.Ink dry too slowly

The ink film is not dry fast within the expected time and is easily smudged. This problem occurs when the amount of desiccant in the ink is insufficient, the drying speed of the binder is slow, the relative humidity in the printing workshop is too high, the acidity of the paper is too high, the humidity is too high, and the acidity of the fountain solution is too high. This problem can be solved by adding desiccant to the ink appropriately, reducing the acidity of the fountain solution, reducing the amount of water, switching to quick-drying ink, adjusting the relative humidity of the workshop to less than or equal to 60%, and maintaining air circulation in the workshop so that the printed products are in an environment with good air circulation.
